| 3. Created 4 subcontracting challan in J1IF01 against above four material document . | ||||||||
| 4. received the material through MIGO by 101 movment. | ||||||||
| 5. Now when I start to reconcille these four challan against MIGO material document then | ||||||||
| It is picking only last challan in J1iFQ. | ||||||||
| I enetered all four challan but it is picking only last challan only ? | ||||||||
| 12500001 | ||||||||
| 12500002 | ||||||||
| 12500003 | ||||||||
| 0012500004 - It is picking this challan only | ||||||||
| Kindly y help me to resolve this problem. | ||||||||

How to restrict max. no. of pages in SP01 spool display ? e.g. to max. 40 pages
Sometimes users open very large spools displaying thousands of pages.
We want to restrict maximum number of pages that can be displayed in SP01 , e.g. up to 40 pages.
We do not want to restrict size of spool.
Users should be able to create spools of any number of pages but should be able to display only up to to 40 pages.
Any idea how this can be done?

Why are you having a select and insert query

Hi,
If you need the users to approve something, this is a task not a mail (mail been only informative)
Tasks subjects are not limited to 50 chars, you can add links to decision tasks by attaching objects and as you said yourself in HTML tags not recognized bold chars will work in the SAP business workplace.
The second option I mentioned was to use a task which method calls a screen (to be more exact - calls a function module or a program which calls a dialog screen), and then you have all the options since this is a regular ABAP screen.
P.S
The extended notifications which inform users of waiting tasks is using a BSP application, in it html tags work very well.

NWBC HTML - Multiple Selection Dialog box

Im wondering if anyone has come across this. When I execute a transaction in NWBC for HTML, I am not seeing all the icons that are available in the SAPGUI for the multiple selection dialog box.
In NWBC for HTML I get the below options:
But in the SAPGUI I have the following options:
Any ideas how to get this to be the same as SAPGui in the NWBC for HTML ?

Schedule condition or start condition in actions
Hi All,
I have a requirement to create an action profile to a Contract in CRM in such a way that before the contract expires Contract in CRM in such a way that before the contract expires i mean just 1 week in advance an alert should be sent to sales rep. For this i have created a date profile and date type.
But I am confused whether to use Start Condition or scheduling condition
If i use start condition then how should i schedule the action or is it not required?

(local) only on Current Server when installed SAP Business One to a Standard User account
Hi. We have a client. Setup of Windows account was like this.
1. Built-in Administrator account is disabled.
2. Primary mandatory user account was made with Administrator rights (e.g. User).
3. Updated Windows 7 Pro 32-bit SP1 and installed all applications except for SAP Business One
4. Created new windows user account with Administrator rights (e.g. Admin)
5. Changed the primary account (e.g. User) from Administrator to a Standard User type
6. During SAP Business One client app installation, image below always notify even UAC was turned-off and installation proceeds without any error.

7. After installation, image below was the result.
8. Made some testing by enabling the built-in Administrator account and re-installed SAP Business One client app and result was the client app works ok with this account.
9. Created new user account with Standard User type and run the SAP client app and result was also ok with this account.
10. Run SAP Business One client app on primary made account (e.g. User-Standard User type) and the the made Administrator account (e.g. Admin) but same (local) only result occurred.

Seems that it's creating my file, but with a file size of zero.

i've tried various versions of ghostscript.
the latest was 8.71 described in the below link
seems like I must be missing something. I created a gs_dll variable, and added the path to the system variable. I also used the ghostscript inf for the print driver.
Any other ideas?

You can create your org rules via NWBC: Master Data > Exception Access Rules > Organizational Rules
I'm not sure if there is mass upload functionality (need to check the NWBC screen to see if there is) but data is stored in tables GRACORGRULE* - you could try to search and see if there is a function module for this, however, you 5.3 data would need to be remapped to the new risk Ids.

However, this step is optional. You could also enter the criteria for selection in the activity: "Identify Objects for Transfer and Start Data Selection".
