Hierarchy Position of lower level nodes
Hi Folks,
I have a requirement to display the lower level nodes of hierarchy to be opened from the above position not below.
Ex: Say i have hierarchy for the date field, when a user expand "Quarter 1" the nodes Jan / Feb / Mar showed be opened from above(left side) not below(right side).
Please note my source is BEx query and likewise the hierarchy is built in the BW. This can be addressed in the BEx report, there's an option in the query designer, please find the attached for the same. It works fine in the BEx report but with the same setting, it does not work in the WEBi report.
Any thoughts would be helpful.
Note - I'm on BO 4.1

Error WaitForSingleObject failedwith %d (No such device or address)
Hi,
I am trying to execute the following FM SXPG_COMMAND_EXECUTE to read a file from an sap directory and copy it. I am on a trial system and I received this error message: Error WaitForSingleObject failedwith %d (No such device or address) . Is there an RFC error? How can I fix this?

BOM structure not getting loaded in PDCE working environment
Dear Experts,
We are able to set up PDCE, but when we select import BOM option... we are able to get the BOM structure and the cost associated with it...
But we are unable to see the BOM quantities (No of offs of each components in the structure ).. Structure and cost matches the source BOM... But quantities are shown as 0...

Hi Team,
Could you please do let me know how to proceed the below scneario in BEx.
I have A,B&C values in query. Let us say A = 100 B = 200 and C = 300 as a first record. And there after for value A = "it should get the value C from previous record". So could you please do let me know, how to achieve this.
For instance -

Hmmm... no, this workflow could not be user-id/session specific since, when you saved a document using Raylight, you will update the document in the InfoStore.
About the opendocument feature, I found this documentation:

Prevent update to document after status is changed
Hi all, I configured a new status profile for a sales document ITEM and want to stop user from editing the item once the status is changed to 'Close'. I have tried with Business Transaction 'Edit' (forbidden is set) and 'No Change Allowed' (allowed is set) but the system still allows me to update the sale item. These are the business transaction configured under Transaction Control. Can I find out what other areas I might have missed out?
Please note that with or without the configuration of the business transaction to block updates, the system will close off certain fields for update, e.g. Quantity field.
I know my last resort is to use the BADI but I understand that this is achievable via configuration but it somehow did not work for me. I read in other posts that people mentioned about 'Change document' but I cannot find this transaction in the list given in the configuration.
Lastly, just wondering whether the business transaction field for 'User Status Triggers Business Transaction' has any impact on what I am trying to achieve? I have assigned 'FINI' in this case.
Appreciate any advice on the above.

thanks for the info Roger. sounds like a bug in the webelements functions which hang off of the viewer code. there is nothing that you can do personally on this particular issue as far as a quick fix in the above mentioned functions...that was just to give you an idea of how this all pieces together. i will have a look at this issue but can't really promise a fix date.

System Alias is configured properly for our Backend system, but confused about the "Local app" option there.
Attached our System Alias setup: we have 2 system alias for our backend system
The above error Model 'ZUSHA_GW_SO_MDL_0001_BE' contains errors occurs when i map the system alias to FIO
When i map the System alias to FIO_800_BWF where Local app is set -- the Metadata generation is successful.
So wondering about the "Local app" flag !
Any suggestions on this ?

My question was on storing and not on sharing... In the EPM home page in administration, there is 'documents' icon/folder is there. We can attach documents using this option and refer in the journal entry. I don't think it make any sense to share this kind of documents.

Crystal Server - Error Message
I am in the trial version now of the report server. I have had no trouble in moving reports to the server until recently. There is one report that I want to put out there that will not move. It just processes and processes and give me error below after several minutes.
"Adding Crystal Report "Reimbursement Comment Analysis.rpt" failed. The server with kind rptappserver returned an error result. Failed to copy the report file to the report object. Refreshign the report properties might have failed. Failed to read data from report file Reimbursement Comment Analysis. Reason: Failed to read parameter object.
Can you assist as I'm posting this for a customer of mine.

Hello Philip,
You would have to raise a message for this in the TDMS component and you will receive the support you need.
And yes, it is possible using TDMS to transfer this table alone using the troubleshooter options provided in the ERP time based scenario package.
But my best guess is that the data may not belong to the time slice logic TDMS uses to reduce the data in EQUZ table. By raising a message TDMS colleagues will provide you with the reasoning for the same and also help you in understanding how to combat this scenario in the future packages.
