Depending on the version of CR asemblies you have used in your application, you need to install appropriate runtimes on the server.
There is no way to install selective or few DLLs. We have to install the complete SDK.
You could install CR SDK MSI directly on the server.
See the Deployment section in below CR .NET SDK developer guide.

that may give clear idea.
One more as your bw 7.x then why you need export data source.
directly you can create transformations between source and target.
Use dtp to load to target objects.
export data source was 3.x option.. BW 7.x there is no data mart.

Re: Delete Operation and Structures not working
Once the operation is created with a input of type structure you will find the structure in the datatype field while creating a PK ex. BAPI_List[]. You need to map the PK with input of operation. From the device, before calling the operation we are filling the PK with list of values, since the operation input is mapped with PK, the values in the PK reaches SAP.

Differences between Exception 20 and 15 in MD04

Depending on the material, I have two scenarios:
Sometimes MRP says to reschedule the PO (message 10):
And other times MRP says to cancel a PO and create a new one (message 20):
Why does this happen? According to which data does occur one behavior or another?? Is there any value in the material master??

Message type involved is CRECOR : Core vendor master data distribution & CREAMS.
BD14 should create idoc which includes vendor master data for all company codes existing from the source system.
Using t-code BD21 you can send change pointers to this message types. This will send only the changes to the target system.
