Did you save the report first in BO repository before publishing ?
Also, install fiddler and check for any network related issue.
Matt Fraser and Susan Haenicke already answered a similar query here with the SMP link.
Request for Side Effect Report
You should make use of that and come back with questions.
Probably they can give you more suggestions.

Dear Sara,
according to definition Point of Contact is an approver for a specific Functional Area. Functional Area is an attribute used to categorize users and roles.
First of all you need to assign a user to role Point of contact in Access Control Owners application.
Next you can use them in MSMP configuration as using following FM: GRAC_MSMP_POINT_CONTACT_AGENT.
Let me know, if you require further assistance,
Filip
Thanks for reply , but can you add explanation too with this suggestion, which one i should look for
USEREXIT_NEW_PRICING_VBAP in the program MV45AFZB or
BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE in SE37 for Sales order: Change Sales Order.
Where you can set flag "X" for PRICING in import parameter LOGIC_SWITCH for update of price in the given sales order..
I am new with this stuff and really dont understand difference in these 2 functionality.
My requirement is simple, want to update 100 sales order with configuration value and then reprice them and save.
Thanks
Paul

Hello All,
I need to calculate charge events based on 3 fields BIN, Look_up_code & Power Drawn .
For each Bin, we need to consider "LOOKUPCODE" & "Power Drawn" columns. LOOKUPCODE contains values like CHARGE_BEGIN_ALERT, CSOC_FULL_ALERT, PLUG_CHANGE_ALERT & CHARGE_PAUSE_ALERT.
"Power Drawn" contain numeric values.
Order of Priority of the Lookup Codes
Charge_Begin_Alerts
CSOC_FULL_ALERT,
PLUG_CHANGE_ALERT
CHARGE_PAUSE_ALERT
Scenario 1. If there is One CHARGE_BEGIN_ALERT for a BIN but Powerdraw is zero.
LOOKUPCODE | MESSAGEID | BIN | INSERTED | Powerdraw |
CHARGE_BEGIN_ALERT | 135247997 | 1FADP5CU5DL542052 | 18-MAY-14 03.15.33.060296 AM | 0 |
CHARGE_BEGIN_ALERT | 135247997 | 1LADP5CU5DL549999 | 19-MAY-14 03.15.33.060296 AM | 34 |
|
|
Eliminates 1FADP5CU5DL542052 and counts only 1LADP5CU5DL549999
|
|
|
|
|
Scenario 2. If there is more than one CHARGE_BEGIN_ALERT for a BIN but both have CHARGERPOWERDRAW=0
LOOKUPCODE | MESSAGEID | BIN | INSERTED | Powerdraw |
CHARGE_BEGIN_ALERT | 135247997 | 1FADP5CU5DL542052 | 18-MAY-14 03.15.33.060296 AM | 0 |
CHARGE_BEGIN_ALERT | 135247997 | 1FADP5CU5DL542052 | 18-MAY-14 03.15.33.060296 AM | 0 |
System Returns: Eliminate both Charge Begin alerts for 1FADP5CU5DL542052 |
Scenario 3. If there is two CHARGE_BEGIN_ALERT for a BIN but No End PoInt then eliminate the First one.
|
| |||
LOOKUPCODE | MESSAGEID | BIN | INSERTED | Powerdraw |
CHARGE_BEGIN_ALERT | 135247469 | 3FA6P0SU2DR373669 | 18-MAY-14 03.14.01.141382 AM | 28 |
CHARGE_BEGIN_ALERT | 135247685 | 3FA6P0SU2DR373669 | 18-MAY-14 03.14.36.652666 AM | 28 |
PLUG_CHANGE_ALERT | 135247552 | 3FA6P0SU2DR373669 | 18-MAY-14 03.14.16.527631 AM | 0 |
CSOC_FULL_ALERT | 135247656 | 3FA6P0SU2DR373669 | 18-MAY-14 03.14.33.490437 AM | 28 |
|
| |||
System Returns: Eliminates the First one and Analyse the second one onwards |
Scenario 4. Comparing 2 CHARGE_BEGIN_ALERT for the same BIN and we find an PLUG_CHANGE_ALERT, CSOC_FULL_ALERT, or CHARGE_PAUSE_ALERT between them: Which CHARGE_BEGIN_ALERT is eliminated? *
Order of Priority of the Lookup Codes Between two Charge Begin Alerts is 1 CSOC_FULL_ALERT, 2 PLUG_CHANGE_ALERT ,3 CHARGE_PAUSE_ALERT
LOOKUPCODE | MESSAGEID | BIN | INSERTED | Powerdraw |
PLUG_CHANGE_ALERT | 135247330 | 3FA6P0SU2DR373669 | 18-MAY-14 03.13.39.459307 AM | 0 |
CHARGE_BEGIN_ALERT | 135247469 | 3FA6P0SU2DR373669 | 18-MAY-14 03.14.01.141382 AM | 28 |
PLUG_CHANGE_ALERT | 135247552 | 3FA6P0SU2DR373669 | 18-MAY-14 03.14.16.527631 AM | 0 |
CSOC_FULL_ALERT | 135247656 | 3FA6P0SU2DR373669 | 18-MAY-14 03.14.33.490437 AM | 28 |
CHARGE_BEGIN_ALERT | 135247685 | 3FA6P0SU2DR373669 | 18-MAY-14 03.16.36.652666 AM | 28 |
|
| |||
System Returns: | ||||
|
| |||
Between the two Charge Begin Alerts look for COSC Full_Alert --Is it > 60 seconds from the CHARGE_BEGIN_ALERT time stamp. If it is No(in this case) then look for PLUG_CHANGE_ALERT . Is it > 60 seconds from the CHARGE_BEGIN_ALERT time stamp.. If No (In this Case) then Look for CHARGE_PAUSE_ALERT . Is it > 60 seconds from the CHARGE_BEGIN_ALERT time stamp. No in this case... Then we delete the first CHARGE_BEGIN_ALERT . If this is the only one for the BIN for the time frame then it is not counted. |
Scenario 5. Comparing 3 CHARGE_BEGIN_ALERT for the same BIN and we find an PLUG_CHANGE_ALERT, CSOC_FULL_ALERT, or CHARGE_PAUSE_ALERT between them: Which CHARGE_BEGIN_ALERT is eliminated? *
LOOKUPCODE | MESSAGEID | BIN | INSERTED | Powerdraw |
PLUG_CHANGE_ALERT | 135247330 | 3FA6P0SU2DR373669 | 18-MAY-14 03.13.39.459307 AM | 0 |
CHARGE_BEGIN_ALERT | 135247431 | 3FA6P0SU2DR373669 | 18-MAY-14 03.14.01.141382 AM | 28 |
PLUG_CHANGE_ALERT | 135247532 | 3FA6P0SU2DR373669 | 18-MAY-14 03.14.16.527631 AM | 0 |
PLUG_CHANGE_ALERT | 135247633 | 3FA6P0SU2DR373669 | 18-MAY-14 03.14.33.490437 AM | 28 |
CSOC_FULL_ALERT | 135247534 | 3FA6P0SU2DR373669 | 18-MAY-14 03.15.16.527631 AM | 0 |
Check for CSOC FULL first, difference between CSOC FULL and CHARGE BEGIN is > 60 so it is endpoint. It means we got 1 charge event for a particular BIN |
First check CSOC FULL, it is <60 so then check PLUG CHANGE, also < 60 so then check CHARGE PAUSE, also <60 so CHARGE BEGIN is deleted |

Any Updates team
I have a couple of different FI workflows with forks with 3 branches...1 being necessary. One branch is approval and the other two are change and deleted events which should completed workflow if either are raised. Both of them are basically the same layout:
These workflows have only recently started having problems. Sometimes when the deleted event is raised, the workflow is completed but the approval workitem remains in process in the users inbox:
I checked the transaction log and some work and some do not. I looked in ST22 but didnt see any errors that look related. Looking through the workflow log itself, everything seems normal except the approval workitem doesnt logically delete when the workflow is completed. I also looked at any execution times that might coincide with the document delete time and didnt really see anything that might point to an enqueue problem.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
