how can create another implementation without erasing the previous BADI implementation

To add to this, it is possible to preserve the actual extension, but at the cost of losing the ability to rename the file; though it could be argued that this shouldn't be allowed anyway from a document control perspective.
To do this, go to DC30 and tick the "NoRename" option for the given "Workstation Application" (i.e. Appl). Save changes and you're golden. 
As a reference, here is the F1 documentation on the field:
Indicator: no renaming of temporary file
When you display an original application file that is stored in a secure storage area, this indicator determines whether the file can be renamed.
Use
To display an original application file that is stored in the SAP database, a vault, or an archive, the system creates a copy.
- In the standard SAP System, the copy is assigned a name according to the naming convention defined in the program.
- Some viewing programs can only find an original application file if the copy of the file has the name that the file had when it was saved to a secure storage area. In this case, the naming convention links the redline file to the viewer file.
If you set this indicator, the copy is assigned the name that the original application file had when it was saved to the secure storage area.
Procedure
Only set this indicator if your viewer application does not allow renaming of the file.

Did you find a solution to this use scenario? A user of my application is running into the same issue.
My application is using the RDC, CR XI R2 with Service Pack 6. And, as in your scenario, the operating system is 64 bit Windows 2003 r2.
When the application runs and simply prints a report, splwow64.exe appears in task manager and then goes away. However, when the application exports to PDF, splwow64.exe appears in task manager and just stays there. When that happens, the user can't get anything to print until they terminate the splwow64.exe process.

A SAP liberou através da SICF os novos monitores para a NFE 3.10 conforme abaixo:

Mas no cliente onde estou, existe o link abaixo para as notas no layout 2.00 que centraliza todos os monitores em apenas um só:

E dessa mesma forma eu preciso centralizar os links dos monitores também para o layout 3.10.
Alguém pode me ajudar ? Como faço isso ?

Are out-of-sequence FI postings of payroll results allowed in SAP?
For example, Posting Document 1 has been creation for an off-cycle payroll run for an employee; and later in the day, Posting Document 2 is created for a different payroll run result for the same employee. At this point, both Posting Documents 1 and 2 are in Created status. If Posting Document 2 is first released and posted ahead of Posting Document 1 (which is older), should we expect an error message? Will SAP stop this out-of-sequence FI posting, or does it allow such procedure?

Finally we have resolved the issue with the help of below note wherein the ERP structure BAPIEKPOC fields were not matching with the SRM structure BBPEKPOC46C.
2042219 - PO cannot be confirmed: new fields REQ_SEGMENT / STK_SEGMENT in SRM or ERP structures
As per the SAP note, we have added two fields (REQ_SEGMENT, STK_SEGMENT) in ECC structure and it has started working. I hope this will be useful for someone in future. Thanks for your all your help and suggestions.

Thanks Dell. It worked. I was able to change the database connection for the Dynamic Prompts in the "_DC" files from Business View Manager.
However, my next question is how do I migrate this same crystal report from qa to prod? If I use LCM then how would the dynamic cascading prompts be migrated?

if you go for config via table V_T510S then there is no any standard approval process. The captured over time will be transferred directly to ZL and which will be transfered to payroll.
if you realy need this approval then you have to do ABAP workaround to download overtime wage type with employee no including the checkbox and the correction column then this approved overtime ( which check box is ticked) and if there is any correction in the correction column, After this , each admin can upload this hrs and wage type can upload into infotype 2010
Note. You should not transfer the wage type to payroll via ZL.
This is how I managed one of my implementation.
but my suggestion is to go to CATS implementation.

Is there any problem if I go with 721_Rel instead of 721_ext_rel? or Should I be using 721_ext only?
I forgot to mention that I've done test upgrade on sand box with central system option. Successfully upgraded the Database. I used 721_Rel kernel then I got one dump ddic_typeleng fixed by applying snote.
can you provide ms sql upgrade steps on windows cluster server 2008 sp2?

But it is on non-high-availability system.
