HR P&F: Form is not showing
Hi Experts
I designed a form in FPM form type for special payment scenario where it will send an email to HR admin for an approval whenever line manager send a request for his employee. The email is sending correctly to HR Admin Inbox but when the HR Admin open the form it is blank.
I've updated UWL configuration to include both TS33700021, TS3370022 standard task after maintaining required settings in SWFVISU t.code
Could anyone help to the resolve the issue by showing up the form when HR Admin click on workitem in Inbox

Re: MDG on own server
Hi Amit
MDG hub in nothing but ECC server only with activations of MDG Releveant business functions.
This is the reason deployment options as hub(Standalone) mode or co deployment mode is possible for MDG.
If you want to use MDG hub also it is on ECC server and and you can send your MDG hum master data into Targety system which is may or may not be ECC system.
Hope this clarify your question.

Thanks : SAP Note 1846880 is very informative.
However, the issue was persisting even with different server port and following this note.
Just today : SAP Confirmed that the degree of BOBJ and DS Integration which my client
is expecting i.e. Add DS 4.2 as a "Node" in BOBJ CMS simply does not
exist as of now.
It will be just as an 'application' in BOBJ CMS and DS End User have to use
the standard url ' xyz.jnj.com/DataServices ' however, if WD is already configured
for BOBJ ..same WD based URL will also work for this DS with suffix 'DataServices'

2. Yes you can see sending and receiver mails at SOST.
3. better to check with basis team.
lets transport your process chain form dev to quality..
test it there. if it won't works then you can directly add recipients at quality if you authorized.
other wise take bw team member help who have authorized at bw quality to do the changes.

SLA dates are not calculated when incident is created
Hi Experts,
I have configured SLA based on multi-level categorization schema: level 2 is Severity level 1,2,3,4 and for each severity I created a service product with specific response times.
It works only partially, i.e. when an incident first created and I select Severity in Level 2 category, and save the incident for the first time, what happened is : it figures the response profile correctly based on severity - I can see it in SLA assignment block - however dates are not calculated and left blank.
Once I make a change to Priority field or Level 2 (severity) - and save incident again - the dates are calculated properly.
Why they are not calculated at the ticket creation time ? What can be a problem ?

there is no data load happening in this DSO. the dump is coming only in quality system. Production and in dev it is working fine.
and this issue is working for only one custom DSO other DSO are working fine....

Implement Expand_EntitySet where u can send your inputs as filters and get all those those table as output.
Create Entity for each of those output tables. Also Create Entity holding your Inputs as well.
Once u do this create association & navigation between entities with appropriate cardinality.
Implement Expand_EntitySet method and get all ur inputs as filters inside it and use it in ur logic.
Also send back the navigation properties to the expand clause table.
With using $expand in the url u can get the output tables.

Error after second level approval in ESS leave request
Hi Experts
I am using custom workflow for Ess Leave request process which is copied from WS21500001.
I have added custom class methods to change status from approved to sent.
Then another method i have set next appovaer.
The problem i m facing is that I am getting an error on portal after second approval approves the request.
i.e Field syomol has not been assigned yet.
from st22 i found its generating from
Include LPT_ARQ_REQUEST_UIAF06 - Form execute_approver_update
By debugging i found that Its not getting next approval with status T as there is only first approval with status 'A'
This results in unassigned field symbol. and then error.
Please help me resolve this issue.
Please confirm why next approver is not found in method.

In the notification type, insted of quality notification just maintain the service/PM notification type system will create the notification in SAP ECC.
We also wanted some other details to be pass from CRM to ECC for that we have created a function module in SAP ECC which updates the notiifcation and then that function module need to be called in SAP CRM after the Create Notification FM in SAP CRM Action.

Seems that your splitting structure is faulty. You have to link here each activity with the cost elements but you have done it for Power only hence system is able to calculate actual price for Power only (refer your KSII screen). Kindly correct structure and redo actual price calculation and revaluation.
