Instead of checking which all are the BPs got changed, can you not schedule a job to re-generate all target groups?. This will serve your purpose as it will automatically add/remove the BPs from respective TGs.

I want to create a security role that allows user to refresh reports created on a particular universe but that does not allow them to create new reports based on the same universe.
In the CMC, I select the universe and I have assigned it a customs access level I have created. In that CAL, if I don't include the right "view objects" then the users are not able to refresh the report, but that also allow them to see the universe when creating a new report and to create and run one, which I would like to avoid. Is there any way to do it?

Go to PAS and issue a command "set latest dec 2014".
Then open the LASTDATE document with the command "doc lastdate" If it does not have a date in Dec 2014 change it and save.
Now rerun your load.

I have this folder but not anything uder it. I also copied this folder to a network share and created my own svn_repository folder.

Let me summarize my scenario.
I am working on COPA planning solution and we have a
Budget input report - where users input data
Budget retraction cube - where input data is stored
Budget status cube - shows plan data value after COPA retraction
After planning, we load data to budget retraction cube. Then I go to R/3 and use KELR TCODE to retract the data to COPA table. This creates a new delta record then I load a delta chain to update first level DSO and then to the Budget status cube. so I am expected to see same values in all places.
Budget Input report, Budget retraction cube, COPA table and Budget status cube report.
So far for some materials, the budget status report is showing incorrect values and also incorrect in first level DSO.
I have tried to do selective deletion and reload full load but some document numbers are not coming through. The loading to the DSO is 1:1 mapping so I am trying to figure out why can't I extract full records from COPA table.
any idea how this can be resolved and what could be the reason.

Right Click on your RuleSet-Web Serve - Create WSDL Artifact
deploy the DC and publish the Web Service and you ca use it into the BPM dc in Automated Activity
Does it mean that need not create any Service Group or Provider system to integrate BRM into BPM in my case.Is it?

Wow!! That's a tall order of requirements ...
You can trigger xml msgs from ECC EHP 6 and above. It works perfectly, but the issue is that in case you need to do any mapping changes, it becomes a challenge, doing it in the FM that handles your output msg. based on some logic, you do mapping changes in the FM itself and then publish the msg as an xml msg. Possible, but a unwanted pain.
On the other hand, in case your setup does not have an XI / PI box, you might still prefer it.

We are not using Automatic release scenario. Is it mandatory setting for Carryforward commitment budget process ?
Also as per notes I have tried with creating New document type (Budget with automatic release) and with assigning Approved Budget Type in define Budget Entry document for commitment carry forward setting. Its allowing to carry forward to next year in test run.
Since we are having 2 process Approval and Released, what will be the impact in both budget in current year and next year ?
Let say Approved 1000 and Released 1000.
PO Commitment is 200

I would like to request your assisntace on the below issue;
When creating a PM01 Work Order with a PM03 Control Key, user selects B99 for purchasing group after completing external tab the purchasing group changed to V22 so the user has to change it again to B99 on the operations>external tab.
This issue occurs when the user is trying to create a work order with PM03 control key. We’ve checked the
configuration but there is no default purchasing group. Also, the user has no default parameters .
I would like to know what needs to be checked/maintained for the issue not to encounter again

I had been making changes in Powerbuilder 12.5 under Windows 8 a couple of days ago and had opened and closed the Powerbuilder many times throughout the day. I was testing my changes and the program appeared to be in a loop so I shut down the application by pressing the "Close button". This killed the process.
However, when I tried to open Powerbuilder 12.5 again I got the message "Sybase Powerbuilder 12.5 has stopped working". This message then disappears and another appears stating:
"Sybase Powerbuilder 12.5 has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is
available".
This screen has the buttons "Debug" and "Close Program". Clicking either of these buttons results in Powerbuilder being closed immediately with no indication of how to resolve the problem.
I found some information on-line and scanned for viruses as suggested to no avail. I also ran the troubleshoot program options under Windows without success.
I tried to re-run the Setup process to see if I could repair some problems however this will not work either since this problem emerged. When I right-click on the program in "Programs and Features" and select "Change" a message appears asking:
"Do you want to completely removed the selected application and all of its features?"
It should actually take me to a setup screen with options to "Remove, Change, etc".
Anyone got any ideas on what is causing this and/or how I resolve it.
During 70 to 73x migration, there are manual changes in source code that are required though. Didn't came across such migration. Guess the cheat-sheet has addressed or otherwise manual changes are needed.

Inspection lot with Status SPCO will always create new inspection lot, but as we dont see much options left here i would suggest a weird idea of keeping status of Inspection lot as SPST, Means do not complete posting until Last confirmation of order. if Order is of 100 Qty, then post 99 to UR and keep 1 Qty as pending, Post this Qty at the time of closing inspection lot. In this case system wont create New inspection lot.

The Report2 is also dynamic which can contain 10 columns sometimes and 20 columns other time based on user selection.
So I cannot exactly pass the parameters to EPMRetrieve data.
Also, If I used Retrieve data, I think the sheet will slow down further which is already low on performance.
