Most likely this is caused by not having privileges in Active Directory for creating objects (i.e., groups and users). Furthermore, you need the privilege for extending the Active Directory schema to add the SAP LDAP object types. If you aren't a Domain Admin, you may need to have your network administrator or domain administrator run this task for you.

Production resuorce tools - ATP
Hi
Our business scenario is - standard discrete manufacturing setup (Make to order)
Standard routings.
The PRT are actually Molding tools used for casting a metal piece.
At the plant we have in total = 10 molding tools (PRTs). Where do I enter this value?
I got an idea how the system calculates the required, actual and remaining on the production order.
But how will I know if the PRT is available or already in use by some other production order?
Is ATP check possible on a equipment/miscellaneous PRT?
On the master routing I mentioned PRT quantity = 1 ea for operation base qty = 15 ea
I'm using quantity formula = prod order qty * PRT qty / Operation base qty

SAP UI 5 sap.ui.commons.Tree
I am new to UI 5 an trying to learn it.
I build an application with the sap.m.SplitApp.
In the Master Page i put an new sap.ui.commons.TreeNode to let the user choose which detail page he wants to see.
The tree has the following structure:
Head material_1
--> Component Material_1
Subcomponent_1_2
Subcomponent_1_3
Subcomponent_1_N
Head_material_2
Component Material_2
Subcomponent_2_1
Subcomponent_2_2
Subcomponent_2_N
I added an function to evaluate on which element in the tree the user clicked.
That functions perfectly.

My problem now is that i want to determine the parent node of the selected node and the path from the selected node to its Headmaterial.
Node contains the node the user selected in the tree.
Assuming the user selected Subcomponent_1_1 i need to find its parent nodes.
In this case the nodes for
Component_1 and Headmaterial_1.
How is does done?
I didn't find or miss a method getparentnode().
Is there such a method or another way to get parent nodes above?

Hi Vijay/Masa,
I'm having a similar problem with setting my customized theme to the default theme in the Gateway system. I have rebuilt the standard SAP sap_bluecrystal and customized it to the necessary needs.
Every time I set it to be the default theme, and I launch the launchpad after, all formatting is gone.
Do you have any suggestions of where the disconnect is?

I would like to kick this thread up one more time.
As written in my last post, the problem is situated in the runtime engine for the .NET framework. It seems this engine renders the report different from the stand alone viewer (same report, same data). The stand alone viewer displays the report as desired (and expected).
Does anyone know a workaround to get the report displayed correctly in the runtime engine for .NET?

You can send in APO plant 1000 as dummy location with materials, inventory, etc...
Procurement type will be P - External planning. So, you will have integration models for transactional data for SKU (PD) that are planned by ECC.
Then at planning book level you create a macro to copy the inventory from location 1000 to 1100 in a separate key figure. So, you will have 2 separate key figures for inventory. With another macro you have to takes in consideration the two stocks as some. Normally the heuristic will be able to consider this total stock in the planning.

I Am new to HR recently i got an issue from user that :When an employee terminates we payout their PTO balance using IT0416, wage type 0203. When they have anegative PTO balance it doesn't allow us to create an entry for negative hours. This is an error.

Identifying Screen Fields from a Standard Service
Hi Experts,
I'm implementing SAP Fiori standard aplications of purchase management, including Approve Requisition, Approve Purchase Order and Approve Purchase Contracts. In this phase, it was requested a need to raise all screen fields which this services will show to discuss with the client if we have the need to extend some of those apps and add some fields which could be important to them. So, i'm trying to visualize the selected services by using /IWFND/GW_CLIENT but there are to many Entity Types which i have sure they doesn't correspond to any fields on the screen of approve's application. Somebody have some tips to what can i do to have sure that i raised all fields of these applications normally will show?

creating requisition for central contract.
hey friends,
i have a situation and not sure how to fix it.
i create a Req (type: PV) followed by a central contract (PK) with it but even after deleting the contract line item my requisition is not open again. error: No selectable items exist for purchase requisition XXXXXXXXX. Message no. 06053.
i'm able to create central contract (PK) with standard requisition (NB) and after deleting the central contract the PR is open again but not the case of req PV w/ contract: PK.
can you please advise.

Onkar - We already tried -saveCorruptedFiles -checkForCorruptEvents command line and we don't see any corrupted files, also we enabled the CMS trace but not much information in it regarding audit logs. Thanks!
