Creating a schedule for multiple reports?

Hello guys,

 

Using BO 4.1 SP3.

 

I'm looking for an option of scheduling multiple reports with one click. (save as web intelligence document)

 

When I try to use publication for the matter, The schedule itself isn't saved on the report but on the publication (i.e if I double-click the report, I don't get the last schedule, only if i press right click and schedule from the report)

 

Is there any option for scheduling multiple reports like publication, but the schedule content will be saved in the source report?

Hi Pedro,

 

adding a field to Marketing Documents -> Rows, adds the field to INV1 but not to ITM1.

 

I want UDFs at the articel where the value's are entered for every articel.

This values should be showen in the documents rows.

Payment issue

Hi All,

 

Our client had made a payment run in APP and later got a statement from the bank in which the "Bank Charges" field was mentioned as: Shared" (i.e. bank charges shared by both the client and their vendor). However the client says that the charges should be charged to them entirely not to the vendor.

 

The payment process was a bank transfer using DME and "Bank Charges" field should be mentioned as : OUR and not SHA".

 

I have already update instruction key in vendor master and OB47 - Instruction keys for DME setup.

GRR2-> Changing of Basic key figure

Hello Gurus,

 

Good day!

I have copied a standard report 1SHK-001 to a new report but i need to change the Currency into Company code currency. I tried to use the Basic Key Figures and tried to use the SWKG but i cannot changes the default data.

sample default data are :

Cost

Quantity

etc...

 

How can I change the default in Basic Key Figures?

I am trying Export Preparation for PI dual stack using SAP NetWeaver 7.4 Support Release 1 => Based on AS ABAP and AS Java => Export Preparation.

Getting following error in : sapinst.log

Hi Tobias,

 

I am not able to recollect wheather this has solution or not...because I also faced this kind of issue..

To overcome this Is it possible for you to do calculation on the query which is on direct update DSO.currently you store all key figure in DSO and percentage you can calulate at the final reporting?

J3RFASK- DEBIT Documents print without Document Number

Hi

 

The vendor balance notification Russia does not print Document Numbers for Debit Documents. The issue has been raised with SAP but we have not got a solution. We did a enhancement but that does not work for a group of vendors. I was wondering if any user in Russia has come across this issue and found a solution? I am sure there is no point in sending amounts alone without any Document Numbers? Or am I missing something of the functionality.

WBS settlement is not settling the actual CJI3 amount of WBS

Hello Experts,

 

While settling a WBS for 11th period (Nov. here) ,WBS is showing only USD 8341.53 amount to be settled whereas CJI3 shows a different value for WBS for 11th period i.e. USD 225849.91. Can anybody suggest me why system is not capturing the overall value in CJI3 for settlement of this WBS.

Also, when I go into posted line items I saw few of them posted with t-code KB61 with account assignment 1 & 2 for cost centre and WBS respectively (screen shot attached)

 

Is it possible that KB61 has posted the real cost on cost center and statistical to WBS (which is visible in CJI3) . But perhaps its not correct as I can see the values in COSP table with value type 4

You have to fill EVTDAT, EVTTIM, EVTZON instead of REPDAT, REPTIM, REPZON.

EVTXXX fields contain the actual event date -> the date and time on which an event occured.

REPXXX field contain the date and time on which the event has been reported -> this is set to system date/time if initial (so this is not mandatory).

 

Check on this is done in FM /SAPTRX/CHECK_DATETIME, if you want to debug this.

You said to maintain in constant table and for that we have to create three wage types 100 150 and 200  Each time User should select a wage type for different timings like for example wage type 100 if employee works for 1 hour and 2 for 200

 

If we are doing through valuation why it is required PCR

 

If you enter 01 the rate will take from secondary wage type /001. The output comes if you enter 10 hours in the master data the system will take 10*/001 of 100% .

 

It is based on clock in and clock scenario

yeah true. are you trying to insert new records to the database or you are modifying the existing one???

 

if your requirement is to add a new record if record doesn't exist already and if record already exists then to modify with the new values , you can use 'modify' statement.

Unable to get unified shell in custom sapui5 application.

Hi Experts,

 

I'm using Html views to load my front-end controls. I have included Shell in this view as,

I got some code from SAPUI5 Explored for unified shell.


They provided one view, controller and a Fragment.

I included them in my project and called that view in base view on which i want to see this Unified Shell Header.

for that i wrote code as,

When i do this and run my project in Tomcat server i'm getting this error.

 

failed to load 'sap/ui/unified/user.js' from resources/sap/ui/unified/user.js: 404 - Not Found

 

Can someone please help me to solve this and get that unified shell header in project.

 

If there is any other possibility please let me to achieve this.

Hi,

 

The WD_CONTEXT attribute is a reference to the root node of the context of the controller.  Regardless of the edited controller, it is  always a reference variable of the type IF_WD_CONTEXT_NODE.

 

You can use WD_CONTEXT and the interface methods to edit the content of a

context node in your controller method.

 

Ex:- The controller context contains the MY_NODE1 node.

 

data: TABLE_NODE type ref to IF_WD_CONTEXT_NODE.

TABLE_NODE  = WD_CONTEXT->GET_CHILD_NODE( 'MY_NODE1').

Thanks Remi,

 

I got the Point. Your answer is very helpful. I knew that migrating the Test Scripts from ALM to Solution Manager is a very challenging task and requires lot of re-work.

 

Now we have decided to start our work on CBTA from scratch for the new projects(whichever comes) and will continue to use TAO for the old projects.

 

Will appreciate your support if you can provide some documents to Kick start with CBTA.
