Could you please eloborate your issue little more detail. Do you want any data in table to populated in master page? If yes, then you could create a variable in code initialization and populate it accordingly. This would be an easy option than script.
Below logic is for 'Javascript' for looping through data of all fields on a form.

I have made both the nodes as possible owners of the service. I have tried deleting the service and started to recreate the same.
1. Created server name resource with IP and disk. Then tried moving service to another node it was successful. Again moved back to node -1
2. Create file server and again tried moving service to another node it was successful. Again moved back to node -1
3. Created Generec service for SAP service and then again tried moving service to another node it was successful. Again moved back to node -1
4. Last added SAP resource for sap instance and tried failover it was not happening. When checked in possible owners of this resource only node-1 is there. For other resource creation it automatically taking both nodes as possible owners. But when trying to create resouce as type SAP resource only node-1 is coming in possible owners.
Can you please help

WARNING => Connection request from (22/135/0) to host: http, service: 80 failed (NIEHOST_UNKNOWN)
Is your http port using port 80.

Try passing standard structure 'MTREEITM' to item_table_structure_name.
There is no need to create a custom one.
Debug and check content of internal tables gt_node9403 and gt_item9403.
Have to create a Root node FIRST and then add nodes for each District.
There can be only ONE Root node.
** Add root node here (outside loop)
PERFORM create_node USING ls_citydist-district space 'X'.
LOOP AT lt_citydist INTO ls_citydist.
at NEW district.
***** add district node
endat.
at new city.
****** add item
endat.
