No, I don't see an easy way to enhance this FM to achieve both in one form call. If it's your own custom logic, cant the FM simply be called twice..? Once to get the pdf and once - to create spool?

You can use the FM : "HOLIDAY_CHECK_AND_GET_INFO", to check if the entered day is holiday.
1 - Check if the entered day D is Holiday - if yes, output error message ;
2 - Get the the 4th Day = D - 4 ;
3 - Check if the 4th Day is Holiday if yes decrement it by one, and so on for the next day.

Closure notification email, is sent through Notification settings, in Step 1(of MSMP workflow Config.), but that is a global notification setting, i.e for all requests closed.
So, you can customize this to include status(LINK_REQ_GET_STATUS) of requests,
REJECTED option shown by Srinivas, is at stage level, which you need to remove, however, you can direct it to a Point of contact(eg. Security team), so that the security team can then forward the mail,. to the user

for the testing purpose I have assigned a position belongs to org-unit x and the same position managed by ( 012) org unit Y. After this assignment , I use t-code PP01 and check the overview for that position. It's giving the correct assignment without any warning or errer msg.
but when I use PPOME then I could see this chief position in org unit x only but this position not appear in orgunit y as a chief.
i thought I'm doing something wrong for sap standard .
NOTE. My client is not using 002 relationship either to S-S or O-O. and when I use FM RH_GET_LEADER.I'm getting his name as a chief but not his manager.

SMP3.0 SP08 Integration Gateway JDBC Driver Problem
Hi all,
i am currently working with SMP3.0 on SP08 and have an Issue with the JDBC Driver.
I exactly followed this Guide: Integration Gateway and Microsoft SQL Server as data source and still get the Connection test failed - Driver class com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDriver not found Message when i test the connection.
The Driver is getting deployed (at least in the .state folder i get the message deploy.ok) and i can find the JAR file in "MobilePlatform3\Server\work\org.eclipse.virgo.nano.deployer\staging" ...
So in my understanding everything is in place but still the Integration Gateway can't find the JDBC driver.
Is there anything i am missing or is this a Problem with SP08. (FYI i also tried this on a SP03 server and it worked).

But the same URL can be accessed through any desktop/laptop system while using the same IP .
And IP is also public .

Hi Thilini,
In production check this query element in table RSZELTDIR, here it will show what is this exactly. Might be that element still not available in production but available in QA but not collected in your current TR. So you need to make it available in production in another TR. After that re import the old error TR.
And the better way to collect the query is from Transport connection in new TR by using this is no way to miss out the objects.

We also have same issue since few weeks. We raised ticket to SAP for this and found that problem is at SAP side. SAP Development is aware of this issue and are working on a fix.

If its possible to add an optional variable in the second query then i would suggest to add it in the query. else you can create a query level prompt within webi itself. You have to go to edit query and then add your object in query filters panel.
Once you have the prompt available you can use open doucment link / hyperlink to pass the Fiscal Month.
