Among other things, the main advantage is to simplify code development and maintenance. Once the controls are bind to the property in the model, we no longer need to hunt down the control by its ID and setValue or reset Value.
JS Bin - Collaborative JavaScript Debugging
This is new sample, we can use binding to control the visibility of icon and have one than one control having the same values.
When we reset the value in the model, all the corresponding values in the controls changes all together.

What is intriguing about SAPUI5 is the way that it is designed, architected and implemented. We can count on it to build solid enterprise applications.
We can reduce code development and maintenance efforts if we do the right things.

Well well... Maybe, if your customer field is 5 character namespace such has "HJDTS" for example, you could try:
TABLEP0002
NUM=BHJDTS
or with operation VARGBHJDTS after TABLE operation.
Either way you could fetch de value of the date; but you still have to compute it again payroll period.
Eventually you could need to setup a customer payroll operation for this.

Launch Pad Help Icon in BOBJ 4.1 SP5 - customize
Hi there,
When the end user opens the Launchpad, there is a help icon to the far right in the Home Tab (please see below image, Icon highlighted in yellow).
When I click that, it takes me to a page with the 404 missing page error.
Is there a way to either repoint the icon link to the correct help location or completely hide it, as it currently confuses our end users.
Please advise.

2nd Occurrence of Unexpected Event NOT PROPAGATING to TM FO/FU
When reporting an unexpected event to the FO Handler it is properly propagating to the TM FO and then to the TM FU. HOWEVER, when I send the same unexpected event code a second time the event is not propagating to the FO, rather it is staying as "read from EM". I have reviewed the logs and I see that the logic to send it to TM is being called with no errors, nothing stopped in queue, and no dumps....
Any ideas?

The solution you propose seems to load from the data source to the form matrix, but I'd like to achieve exactly the oposite: the changes made in the matrix to trigger an update in the form and to commit the changes to the database.

Para borrar una linea, se deben borrar todas las lineas que estén por debajo para borrar la que deseas.
Yo te recomiendo crear un movimiento en el extracto que anule ese que quieres borrar y los reconcilias mediante la reconciliación externa (todo esto si no quieres deshacer las reconciliaciones existentes para poder borrar el registro).

Eu abri um chamado na SAP, eles me retornaram que enviarão para a área de desenvolvimento deles para ajuste. Pelo que deu a entender o ajuste possivelmente será na função /XNFE/B2BNFE_READ_MEM ou na /XNFE/B2BNFE_REVERT.
Estou aguardando um retorno deles. Assim que tiver novidades informo aqui no fórum.
