Is this transaction data or master data.
Always load master data first and then later you can load transaction data.
Play with dtp monitor and share the exact error messages.if it showed any wrong data related kind. if you have any error related icons, click on it and share the message.

B1if Installation Error SAP 9.0 PL04
I experts,
I have this problem: When I try To Installa B1if in the DB server I have this error:
It's in italian, the traslation should be:
"Database Connection Failed: impossible to access with 'sa' user. The user is not associated to any SQL Server trusted connection."
Now, I access the system via termina server using the Administrator credential. I read a SAP note that say the B1if use only trusted connection but this form ask me for a user name and password and I dont understand how to install the B1if this way...
Any suggest?

Hi Ann,
Fetching 2000 rows of data into the excel will surely lead to performance issue. Instead of getting all data together, perform aggregation in webi side and pass only necessary data set to dashboard. Why can't you use multiple connections and filters and drill to dataset as needed so that data fetching to dashboard at a particular point of time would be minimum. This is the best practice rather than fetching all data in excel first.
Refer below link to see a very good example of implementing BIWS with webi block and filter. As shown in example, first use a connection to fetch the prompt list and whenever a particular country is selected, fetch data for the selected country alone using another connection.

Hi Saurabh,
if you think 12 formulas would work fine for you, then you can have 0 columns for the months that are not in the range. Simple you can define a formula variable for each month with customer exit (say FV1). In the exit loop in the values selected for calmonth, for a formula variable say for january, if it exists in the selected months, assign 1 if not assign 0. In query designer, redesign your formula for January as FV1 * your_old_formula. Go on all months like this. This is not a nice solution but it would work.

Did you manage to resolve this after?
I have been playing about with the settings also and it seems it can be slightly "hit and miss".
I set the parameter 2011 to "Request" and made it consider the "Company" in the request as the determining attribute. I also enabled it for the request type 001 (new user), so default role X is only considered when creating new user accounts for Company X etc, with default role Y considered for new users in Company Y (this is done on the NWBC side).
I don't think it is possible to send a blank request in hope for the default roles to be only assigned. Upon submission, the ARM tool will look at the request being submitted and tell you to put in items. The solution may be to assign a "System" (rather than a role), but this could well require tweaking/redesigning both your initiator and workflow to cater for "System-only" access requests.

your can export that complete list to excel/spreedshet by clicking on Local File .. and In which format should the list be saved ? select spreedshet give file name extension .xls

if more data is there it will take some time to generate all data in excell sheet,

I gone a bit confused 
You said
one can scan number using RF Gun should displayed on the input field (i.e. for Material Number), but he can not enter the value in the input field manually through RF Key pad... i.e. the value should only come from the scanner and not from the keyboard..
So you were referring to a field in the screen that shows the scanned number if so how come making a screen field display only impact scanning.

New installation : EHP7-ERP6.0 on NW7.4
Hi All,
As I expected earlier, the problem was with transfer of media files from local pc to server. FTP tool changed the names of files to small letters. We re-transferred it using other FTP tool and it worked.
Currently I am facing problem at 'Start Instance' phase. It tries to start the instance for 10 minutes and then gives up. I think problem is status of dispatcher. It is showing Yellow in disp+work.status file. Manual stop-start is working fine.
I checked swap and shared memory. Everything available in plenty. dev_disp and dev_w0 logs also not pointing anything related to memory. Please see attached sapinst.log screen.
Please advise.
