After debugging the service i found that when i call the service using SMP IV_DESTINATION is coming blank.
But in destination I kept gateway server URL and test connection is successfull.
I think i missed some step.
What could be the reason.

HP ALM 11.50 is included with Performance Center 11.50 (available from SAP) since January however there are limitations as it was released mainly to showcase the new Performance Center integrations and not for standalone ALM usage.
Quality Center 11.50 Enterprise Edition was launched by HP as "Technology Preview Edition" and is NOT generally available.
SAP are currently testing Quality Center 11.50 with a view to making it available sometime mid-2013. However HP themselves have not published the final release date for Quality Center 11.50 so the timetable may change.
Once it is ready we will publish SAP note 1763858 with release information.

when i am entering a value to this field it should have to accept only the numeric fields and if we enter any non-numeric field it should not accept and through a error like..please enter numeric values...

that's correct. You can change the provisioning flags in the technical roles so that roles are only provisionable for DEV. This means for the entire role (also when role is requested directly).

in the SAP HANA Administration Console Perspective in the Systems View I see the message: "Secure storage is locked" and a button "Unlock", which does not seem to do anything. Searching led me to this entry: Secure storage is locked.
Unfortunately it didn't help me.
* When I open a new window it also has the same message.
* I cannot delete any added Systems since I cannot see them.
* In the Secure Storage Area in the Preferences I tried to "Clear Passwords" and deleted the Default Profile in the Contents Tab (which also automatically restarts eclipse), it didn't help.
* When I click "Change Password..." I get the message: "An error occured while creating new password. See error log for details.

I am working for a Food catering client. They manufacture following items and supply to the customers on daily basis .
Breakfast
Lunch
Dinner
The above items are defined as finished products. Now in these finished items there will be menu items like in case of Lunch you will have Chicken fried rice, Chicken curry, white rice etc. these are defined as semi finished items. In the BOM's of Semi-finished we put raw materials like Onions, tomato's, garlic paste etc.. as shown below.
Now they supply food to customers on daily basis. Now the problem here is menu items lets say in Lunch will change every day. but on a single day they send the same menu to all the customers. Next day menu will change means semi-finished Products will change for the same finished product. Finished Product remains the same but BOM of the same will change daily. They come to know the list of menu for a particular day, three days in advance. If we change the BOM daily it is creating problems for raw material procurement. How to map this in to SAP ?

No..there is no such specific setting for AVR..it is just a cumulative cost run and data is taking from monthly run (CKMLCP) and calculating av cost of up to that period..example:
If you set period 1 to 3 then system will extract data from per 1 to per 3 and calculate *** cost up to per 3 (For three months' cumulative)

Actually, from SolMan MOPZ, two types of files (Stack Delta Configuration Files and Stack Delta XMLs for Software Lifecycle Manager)can be generated.
I downloaded Stack Delta Configuration File "stack.xml" into directory that is used during SUM upgrade.

I have upgraded a client from version 2007 A to 9.1 PL 07. End users are currently doing some tests. Two users have the following error
1. One of the users is trying to create a Service Goods receipt PO from a Service Purchase Order. The goods receipt PO is a partial receipt therefore the user is putting the partial value on the total column (This is the normal business process they follow).
Note: The Purchase order total column is 19375.00, the partial goods receipt PO total column is 6960.00. The unit price in the goods receipt PO remains the same as the total of the PO (19375.00). This therefore generates a discount of 68.04 because the total column and unit price column are different. In version 2007 A, this is allowed. However in the upgraded version 9.1 PL 07 the following error is generated
[Goods Receipt PO - Rows - Discount % per Row][line:1],'You are not permitted to perform this action' [Message 200-30]
2. Another user is also trying to add a Service AP Credit memo with discounts and is getting the same error as above

Do I have to give authorizations to the above users mentioned? I have tried to give Max. Discount Purchase =100.00 at the bottom of the general authorizations window for each user but it is not working

Are you generating this key property in Edit transaction? If no than good. If yes please modify this.
Also please cross verify all the data type.
I can see in screen you have DATE property. for this your transaction and in Object same property type needs to be define. you can't define DATE_AND_TIME property.

I have a scenario:
IDoc --> RFC --> Flat file
I get an IDoc (PPCC2RECORDER01) from the ERP system via IDoc adapter into SAP PI 7.3.
I map this to an XML structure and hand it to an RFC receiver adapter that uses "MessageTransformBean" to convert the
XML to a flat file structure.
Now in Runtime Workbench I get the following error:
"MP: exception caught with cause com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: com.sap.aii.adapter.rfc.afcommunication.RfcAFWException: error while processing message to remote system:com.sap.aii.adapter.rfc.core.client.RfcClientException: could not get functionname from XML requst: com.sap.aii.adapter.rfc.RfcAdapterException: failed to read funtionname from XML document: missing namespace declaration(2)"
I added the RFC namespace in my mapping and the target XML before flat file conversion looks like this:

Note that if you prevent this, the users may be stopped from copying some complex Order and wax discontent in the future, when they need to do so. It's risky to prevent such functionalities as a blanket measure.
You wrote that "settlement values are copied to the new one" - what did you mean? Is it the settlement rules?

I don't think that the settlement rule is copied in standard PM.
And if it's the Settlement Rule that is the problem, you may look into exit IWO10027 User exit: Generate user-defined settlement rule
