Limited search help in Tcode ME35K
Dear all
I have One requirement form customer in Tcode ME35K
This tcode is to release contract, but when I choose search help in Release code field, all of release code of all release group of PO, Contract and RFQ. I want to limit of search help only display release code of Contract.
This is SAP standard? If we can config, please help me.

Thanks a lot.
I am going to ask to my technical team to check if we can follow your steps in our ECC.
The goal all of this is to be able to provide the requested material certification to our customers.
With the changes of the market conditions, we should be more agile and able to provide material certifications when customers request them. We can have multiple certifications for the material used a production batch.
Do you think that batch classification can help in this case?
Have you faced same requests these last years?

Regarding your question - You have to load the Company - Nothing but Trading partner's first in MDG hub. You have a option to load the same. Once it is done, load all the GL at COA level then your operational GL accounts.

Change confirmed quantity in reservation created through MB21
Dear SAP experts,
We are in SAP ECC 6 EHP 7. We are exploring the ATP functionality. We know that for items which have
been reserved through PM Work order or SD Sales Order will reduce the available stock, which can be seen
in CO09. We also know that we can manually intervene to reduce the confirmed quantity for each element by
using CO06.
Eg. I have 10 pcs in stock, and then reserved 7 pcs through reservation from PM Work Order 1; which then I
would have 3 as ATP quantity. If I then have another urgent PM Work Order 2 for 10 pcs, normally i would not
be able to confirm the whole quantity, but using CO06 I can reduce the confirmed quantity of PM Work Order 1
to become 0 pc, and then I can divert this into PM Work Order 2 so it can have confirmed quantity of 10 pcs).
The below can be done using CO06, but then it seems we cannot do the same with the reservation we
manually create, instead we got this error message 'Please select a line that can be changed' - (please see the
picture below).
The question is: how can I update the confirmed quantity in reservation (eg. to reduce it), without need to
change the actual reserved quantity?

- (1) Customer on the website enters their details and requests a quote
- a. a) Site core request the integration toolset to call one SOAP/XML SAP enterprise service and one SAP BAPI directly to obtain information about the customer
- b. b) If SAP is offline, the integration toolset must call a third party REST/JSON service for the additional information
- (1) Customer on the website enters their details and requests a quote
how we can achieve this? We are receiving a soap call and we need to call bapi.
If system is down it needs to call Rest or Json for additional info
how we can design this flow ?is it possible to call rest service from BPM ?
- (2) The integration toolset needs to combine certain information from the services, and calls the third party data provider for the quote over REST/JSON
- a. a) Third party service provider returns the result to the integration toolset which sends the result to Sitecore via SOAP/XML
- how we can use Content Enricher (Message Transformation) in the second Step.we need to call rest service in mapping similar to soap look up?
can you please guide me in design this process

Just curious, any particular reason for using XSLT to split the messages? Splitting can also be achieved via multi-mapping in graphical message mapping - might sometimes be easier to develop and debug too.

AO SAPGetMember - Deriving Attribute Text issue.
Hello All -
I have an issue if I use this AO Function: SAPGETMEMBER to derive Attribute Text.
E.g. I use to derive attribute of Master Data Cost Center:
=SAPGETMEMBER("DS_1", "0COSTCENTER=100101", YXPOWNER_TEXT)
It has different behavior in different computer.
In one computer, it can get the text; but in other computer, it cannot get the text.
For the one that cannot get the text, the AO SAPGETMEMBER return the Key instead of Text.
FYI, YXPOWNER is language-dependent text.
Do you know how to resolve this issue?

Re: SAP Script in Macro sometimes work, sometimes don't :(
I searched more and figured out caret position appears based on my way of recording. I am not sure but it seems to appear when i press "Tab" on the keyboard so i tried recording without it. It still shows setfocus but only shows not the caret position at the end of the script and is set to "00"
I now get what you mean.

Pretty vague set of requirements.
Yes, this is possible.
One common way is to only have adequate ATP supply elements available to confirm existing sales orders. Then, after the new orders are entered as unconfirmed, but before running BOP, additional supply elements are created, during a planning run of some kind, adequate to confirm the new orders.
Another generic way would be to have one check mode in the sales doc, and a different check mode in the product master. During sales order entry, the check mode/business event in the sales doc would be configured to give no confirmation. BOP could be set to use the check mode in the Product Master, which would give confirmations.
Another generic method would be to use Rules Based Availability checking. You could then use a different RBA strategy sequence for BOP than you would use during order entry.
I can think of other ways as well. Selection of the solution would depend on an in-depth analysis of all of the business requirements.
If you have never set up GATP before, I suggest that you don't try this yourself. It would be money well spent to hire an expert outside resource to advise you about the nuances of such a solution.
