I'm calling these function modules in my custom fm( crm_erms_mail_compose and crm_erms_mail_send.). After executing my fm i check in SOST, it say "entry still not in queue". Does these fm's works only with action badi?. I have attached my segments down here.

Here is what had to be done :

1. Table EKPO has more than 255 columns:
SQL> select count(*) from dba_tab_columns where table_name='EKPO';

2. Table EKPO is compressed on the database level in oracle:
SQL> select table_name, compression, compress_for from dba_tables
where table_name='EKPO';

You are suffering from the bug described per note # 1970224 - Missing

The first step would be to decompress and reorganize the table
We did the requested actions :
- Applying the ORacle patch :
Patching component oracle.rdbms, 11.2.0.3.0...
Patch 16314254 successfully applied
Log file location: /oracle/VX1/112_64/cfgtoollogs/opatch/opatch2016-03-

- Decompress the EKPO table
SQL> alter table SAPSR3.EKPO nocompress;

- Reorg of the EKPO table :

Then SAP support did this part :
the issue is resolved.
Table EKPO is imported into HANA and primary key is created.
What I have done is, I have exported EKPO and imorted it into oracle
with a different table name EKPO_BAK.
I think the crucial point was the new creation of the table
uncompressed.
Finally I renamed the EKPO_BAK to EKPO and repeated the export and
import of the table with SAPup. SAPup has continued now and is
proceeding with the comparision of table counts.
I#ll let you know as soon as this is finished.
Then we could proceed further.

Yes, an API is provided for loading of DUP stock. The Function Module is /SAPSLL/API_IVMS_IDUP_SYNCH.
In use, the Function Module creates an internal Customs Document (equivalent to an Import Declaration) which creates the stock in the usual way.
You might find that it's best to "wrap" the module inside your own remote-enabled Function Module, so that you can map the Partners, Products, etc. to the GTS values. It's not a job for the "faint-hearted", but does work ok eventually.

Because the upgrade is in the OS, it is hard to provide an upgrade without some risk.
So, it is better to start a new instance from the new AWS Marketplace AMI and use the new instance. It is much better from risk point of view.

I am unsure what you are asking. HANA One is AWS Marketplace offering and it has all needed tools in download section.
Other products can not be included in the bundle.

A year has 365.25 Calendar Days, giving an average of 30.4375 Calendar Days per month (or 15.21875 Calendar Days per half month).
If the employee's Salary on IT0008 is a semi-monthly Amount, and since the employee will have 24 pays in the year, you could take the Periodic Rate (from IT0008) multiply it by 24 and divide it by 365.25 to give you a Daily Rate based on Calendar Days.
Note that for Salaried employees paid on a Semi-Monthly basis, the Amount paid should only vary if the employee has "Unpaid Days". Otherwise, the Amount paid for the Paid Leave plus the Amount paid for the other days of the Payroll Period should add up to equal the "Semi-Monthly Amount".
P.S. Other option - you can pass a comma separated list in a single text field, but it will be limited...

IIS has db connection pooling built in so I don't see that being an issue. At most you will get the Appeon deployed code using one pool of connections and all the non-Appeon deployed code using another.
If performance of complex SQL is an issue, the logic should be moved into a stored procedure.

I don't know whether we have standard AOT and event types to achieve for Sales Order service order scenario. However, you can create your own AOT for Service Order ref existing AOT and event types for Creation , Release , Confirm and Re-open ref existing event types.

Can you be more clear on what you mean by "created a background"? Are you talking about a background element in the Employee Profile?
