Unfortunately I didn't find a solution. Based on my tests, the urgent change tasklist is unlocked automatically when an import action is triggered. Afterwards, it locks the tasklist again so that no manual actions can be triggered via tasklist.
If you want to import via tasklist, you can do so by executing the import task of the Maintenance tasklist associated. This would require the tasklist variant SAP0 (remain in buffer queue) to be used by your Maintenance project.

Cracked it. The issue was with file umodstat.dat in folder DIR_PUT/SUM/abap/log. This file should have the word 'WORK' in it and not 'DISP'. If it has the word 'DISP' then the system assumes it is in CHECK mode during an update or upgrade and thus SPAU and SPDD are displayed in Preview Mode and not in update mode. The solution is to use Reports SAPRSPAU and SAPRSPDD instead of the Transactions (using SE38) or changing the content of the file. I think you are going to have to do nested for loops for each collection, and sum the count in a property on the Main object.
Are you familiar with how to loop over collections in agentry?

If yes, then you should definately considered latest EHP7 fucntionality not only MSS EHP5 based one, try to activate all switctes for latest and get all functionaltiy as it would be better

I am finding same issue. In debugging I cann not see any difference between a "Completed" Ticket and a "Marked as Irrelevant" ticket. I have tried analyzing All Irrelevants default set in OWL but I can not see any defined criteria. I suspected about "ServiceExecutionRevelanceIndicator" but in debugging the values for this indicator was allways false. Did you find the solution?

I have one more requirement. My client business process is like that after 3 years of rental they are selling the used vehicles(iObject) through auction. But we can use IObjects in service transactions only. So is it possible to use the Objects in sales quotation and sales order like products. Or any other transaction type we should use. Suggestion kindly.

I found the solution ; We have skip first 5 characters and pass in the class CL_GUI_FRONEND_SERVICES and used the method file size iam getting correct size of the file in bytes.
