if I get you correctly..................... the WF Starts when the PR is created and there is a check for hold/park in WF. After approval, does the WF stets the Release status? If yes, the email step should be after the setting the release status..... But iam sure you would have thought about it! Can you please clearly give a brief of the workflow design?
