because I just want customers that have put over their balance and credit limit by the quote in the last 24 hours, that put them over their limit?

Other words, it returns all quotes that ever put a customer over their balance + credit limit.

I have implemented your change to validate and will post back when finished. If you have any solutions for the last 24hrs, that would also be appreciated.
