An error occured during EFWK Setup- Solman

Hi,

I am running Managed system configuration in Solman 7.1 for XI-JAVA QA system. Where in step Configure Automatically->Extractor Setup I am getting error as "An error occured during EFWK Setup". I have not faced this issue while configuring for XI-Java Dev system.

Kindly provide me your inputs on how to rectify the issue.
