As its a master data data source source, you may load daily full load. so there won't be any issue.
at dev system check the data source. if its work fine then move to prod thru transport.
If we have problem at info package loading time we can activate data source by using program. but your getting problem at ECC RSA6. so some inconsistency was there at ecc prod.
Better to transport the same data source form ecc dev to ecc prod. replicate ecc prod data source into bw side. you can activate data source by using mentioned program by Bhaskar,
check further flow may go inactive, check and activate it.
