Thank you for the response. I believe what you are saying is that 0DATE must be in the list of dimensions?
The problem I have right now is the following.
1. In Properties pane within the Key Date field, I created a variable using 0DATE as reference characteristic. Let's call this variable ZINPUT
2. In the Key figure, I tried to create a text variable using 0DATE replacement path.
3. Select "Replace Variable with: Variable"
4. The list of 0DATE variables do not include ZINPUT

Can you select that Note and click "check" button? It should come up with a reason why it was unable to implement it completely.
If that reason is not clear, can you de-implement that Note, download the latest version and implement it again. If it can't implement it can you post the error message?

Thanks for the reply. I'm confused, though--are you referring to Crystal Reports SP 12?
This is a Windows WPF app that uses Installshield to install the CR redistributable to the target computers, so they are presumably all the same.
There are about 30 copies in use, and 4 are reporting the problems I described.
After updating printer drivers failed, I'm at a loss of what to look into next.

The user has complaint for few weeks already but I also don't know what is the problem that causing that. User is making invoice from DO. She said sometimes it will copy the base document no in the remarks column but sometimes not.

New Service order created takes long time to fetch the search results
Hi Experts,
We have created a new Service order type transaction used in SAP CRM. We have successfully created link for creating and Search New order type. We are also able to create transaction without any issues.
The issue we are facing is with search functionality when new transaction is given as search criteria the without any other search criteria system is taking long time to fetch the records and sometimes it is timing out though we have not more than 100 records to fetch. However same search criteria for other existing transaction work perfectly. When we select new transaction along with other search criteria like date ,status the search functionality work perfectly.
Please guide if any configuration part might be missed for new transaction or technical settings need to be done for new transaction with respect to the search functionality

Hi,
Kindly refer to the screen shot below, as you may observe there are two license file. We have three company database - live, copy for testing and an upgraded database which is the old database from our SAP B1 v8.82.
What we did is from inside the SAP B1 client logged to the live database, imported the permanent license and change it from License Administration.
Our expectation is that it would apply to all three database in the same manner when we renew the temporary license file.
Apparently, the permanent license file was applied only to our live database. our test and upgraded database is still tagged with the temporary license file.
Yes, both license file is based on the same hardware key.
The reason for my asking is we could consolidate two company database each of them having their respective license on a single server? Hence, we save cost of another server.

Hello Ankita,
There are three alternatives:
• ALE: attributes, class and value of objects is transmitted via ALE
• LMSW: there must be a loading / unloading of the classification to perform the copy
• SXDA: Data Transfer Workbench
Usually the ALE method is simpler and faster to implement. Changes in the classification are done in a reference system (usually the configuration system/client) and then sent via the ALE standard tools.
BD54 -> Declaration of logical systems
Prerequisite: logical systems must be declared on each client to define the distribution model, etc ...
BD64 -> distribution model
Define a distribution model for each target system/client
SM59 -> RFC destination
Define RFC destinations with the target systems for the distribution of the configuration.(make sure that the user assigned to the RFC has the correct authorizations).
WE21-> Create RFC port
Prerequisites: Configuring RFC connection (SM59) - Ports identify the SAP systems for data exchange (Idocs, etc ...). The port configuration is a prerequisite for configuring the exchange agreements.
BD82 -> Generate partner profile.
When the partner profile is set via BD82, it is not necessary to execute WE20 to define the outbound parameters.
Make sure to execute this step from the source system and enter in partner system the ID of the target system (where the release strategy has to be "transported").
Inbound parameters in the "target" system :
Define in the target system (here ECQCLNT200), the inbound parameters for the processing of the messages (Idocs) sent by the source system (here ECDCLNT100).
Perform this configuration for all the message types :
CHRMAS Characteristics :
Enter the number of partner ECDCLNT100
Enter the type of partner: LS
Enter the type of message: CHRMAS
Enter code processing message: CHRM
CLFMAS Classification:
Enter the number of partner ECDCLNT100
Enter the type of partner: LS
Enter the type of message: CLFMAS
Enter code processing message: CLFM
CLSMAS Characteristics values :
Enter the number of partner ECDCLNT100
Enter the type of partner: LS
Enter the type of message: CLSMAS
Enter code processing message: CLSM
Note : the inbound parameters have to be defined in each target system/client where the release strategy has to be "transported".
After everything has been set up, it is time to transport the classification :
The distribution will copy the settings from the source system to the target systems
BD91 => sending (CHRMAS)
BD92 => sending (CLSMAS)
BD93 => sending (CLFMAS)
Note : the transactions have to be performed in this order, and repeated for each target system/client.
If necessary execute BD87 to process the idocs (log into the target system).

A lot depends on how well the project activities have been planned. From BW applications perspective testing will be important while performing a technical upgrade. This should not be taken as a hard timeline but after you have done good planning (assuming a midsize deployment) I believe, 2 weeks per environment should be a reasonable time for upgrade and testing. This would result in about 6-8 weeks for an end-to-end (Dev-QA-Prod) technical upgrade although coordination and completion of testing activities could push it out.

I have 4 requests in IP.In that 2requests will be duplicate and 2requests will be normal.
My question was
Before it running in deltas,
1)Now i Changed to full load in dtp how many requests will come to dso.
2)Again i changed to delta how many requests came to dso
3)once again i changed to full load how many requests came to dso
4)once again i changed to delta how many requests came to dso

I am trying to print this report from a button in a page of the application, but when I entered the reportdocument.Refresh the page crash, I tested without the Refresh and works but I need to refresh the data with the new values, transactions for that new customer.
In the previous code I sent last week I was mixing the crystalreportviewer control and reportdocument, if I want just to print to the printer I shouldn't need the crystalreportviewer.refresh. WHAT AM I DOING BAD ??? THANKS IN ADVANCE.
