Hana Cloud - Unable to share project - REPO.MAINTAIN_IMPORTED_PACKAGES
Dear experts,
I'm trying to create a XS Application project into to my Hana Cloud trial account, but every time I try to share the project in the workspace I get the error below:
Authorization 'REPO.MAINTAIN_IMPORTED_PACKAGES' missing for package '<user account>.<package name>' or one of its parent packages.
I have followed all the steps described on the link

I also checked the proposed solutions from the previous discussion below, but it didn't solved the problem.
No Authorization to activate project to HANA System
I reinstalled Eclipe Kepler and all its plugins to be sure I used the most updated version...
Does anyone know how to fix this or have a workaround for that?

What is stopping us is the development time required to make that happen. It doesn't work that way today to allow both; therefore the options are for the customer to do some heavy customization to enable such flexibility, if that could even be done, or to get enough customers to agree that they want such functionality that SAP will invest their own development resources in modifying the solution. I have been involved in a number of SAP Influence initiatives; while SAP wants their solutions to meet customer needs, they generally, and in my view quite reasonably, require to get support from a minimum number of customers before they decide to invest in such modifications. You can submit it in Idea Place and see how many customers agree that they would find this useful.

From NW 7.4 (CRM 7.0 EHP3) onwards SAP will not support dual stack. In CRM system you have to install CRM ABAP & JAVA in different SID's. so better you can do the fresh installation, keep both stack on same version

Dear Saly,
as correctly said by Caetano in standard SAP the only tool to change work center in production orders is in leveling activity through CM21 (graphics or tabelar - CM21 , CM22).
In this strument (CM21) according to customizing setting in strategy profile (belonging to overall profile)
you can change resource through drag / drop method or (with special setting in strategy profile) insering manually a new resourse.
As alternative tool is possible to create a custom report and change work center using a BI custom using a filter tool present in the production order after go to operation details. Unfortunaltely in the standard SAP there isn't a bapi/fm (released by SAP) to change work center in production order.

Unable to update Resource Adapter properties for XMIIIDOCs
Hi Experts,
I have been trying to configure one of the XMIIIDOCs in MII
I am unable to save the properties.
On save, I get the loading symbol and then the data reverts to earlier entries.
The new entries are lost.
There are no errors and I see the following warnings.
Write monitor data thread interrupted
Role <role name> already exists (this warning for all default roles in MII)
and
SystemProperty ResolveMachineName was null or empty, defaulting to false
I am using the java administrator user
the program has been configured in ECC in accordance with the documents availble in SDN
the ECC server is reachable over the network from MII
The connection had earlier been established on a different listner which is now in error state and I am creating the new one to troubleshoot the error.
The errors indicate user authentication issues as the user password has changed. But I guess, I am unable to update this due to the above issue.
Am I missing any roles on the user to update the adapter?
I am using NW731 and MII 14.0

The nvl() function is just going to replace No_value/ Null with 0.
So, you are asking if you add aggregation function (sum, count, etc.,) in this measure does it affect the existing reports,
Can't say exact answer, because
Before : your backend sql,
select column1, column2, column_name, ... from table_name
Result set : 100 records
After you add sum(): your sql,
select column1, column2, sum(column_name), ... from table_name
Result set: 2 Records
This sum() is going to do a group by () on your database and bring the aggregated values and improves performance and may drastically minimize number of records. So if the report developers puposefully didn't put sum() in this measure (Ex: They want see each record without any aggregation), then adding sum() may affect that report,
If this Measure is just used to find totals etc, then its not going to affect the reports

Not sure I follow...In the designer if I go to the object library there is no "where used" on the job itself.
What I am looking for is a back end repository table that would show this job established as a web service (i.e. the error indicates that somewhere it thinks this is already set up as a web service).
I have a feeling we have a disconnect somewhere and internally it thinks this is already set as a web service job but it is not. If I can clean it up in the back end I can recreate it as a web service job.

As I mentioned I want to know at least the details of one cycle between WM and Handheld device, for instance: Stock Transfer from storage bin to another storage bin.
We will use ABAP application on the handheld for that, but till now I didn't know what actually the roles for each one involved in this cycle !
As I mentioned one more time
"In Stock Transfer from storage bin to storage bin, from which screen we will create the TO (handheld screen or SAP TO screen), and what are the responsibilities of the handheld guy (what are the bar codes which must be scanned by handheld) ."
Can anyone describe the scenario for me ?! what are the steps in stock transfer must done on SAP system and what are the steps must done on Handheld.
Just a few description for this scenario.

I had similar error when I try to install SAP HANA SPS8.
I tried couple of times but each time had same error.
something working with Import of delivery units on SPS8 install.
so I did install with out Import of delivery units.
if you need to install SPS8 please using this:
./hdblcm --action=install --hdbinst_server_import_content=off
or
./hdblcmgui --action=install --hdbinst_server_import_content=off
and let me know if you found the way to install SPS8 successfully.

Sales order field is not available on the FI side, so you will not find the same in F-28 Additional selection.
Alternatively, what you can do is to use the reference number or document type that are specific to your sales transactions. Populate the sales order number or billing document number in the reference field of the billing related financial document and provide the same in F-28 Additional selection -> Reference field for clearing purpose.
Similarly next closest option that I would think is to go with Document type that is specific for billing.(Doesnt suit in all cases).

Re-reading the thread I think this is what is happening:
Issue one:
The subreport I believe is created off of a stored proc, which is essentially one table. You are now trying to make the report work with two tables. If you use that troubleshooting wiki and follow the steps there, you wills see similar issues in the designer. An no, this did not work using VBA (e.g.; the Crystal Reports Report Designer Component SDK). There is no way to tell CR to go from one table to two tables.
Issue two:
The report was based on a non parametrized stored proc. It looks to me that now you are trying to point it at a stored proc that has parameters. Again, this will not work, not even in the CR designer. ANd if it don't work in the designer, it sure ain't going to work at runtime.
