This error is issued as full error or a warning depending on settings in the settlement profile.
To be settled in full will give a error.
Can be settled will generate only a warning
You may want to consider temporarily changing this setting in the settlement profile (transaction OKO7) to allow closing these old orders.

Thank you for your response. I can use all the help I can get with this issue.
The Translation Toolkit is the first option that I looked into. I think it would be doable, but it's not very maintenance friendly in that, if understand it correctly, we would still need to keep a separate copy of the application for each language. With my minimal staff, this would be difficult to support.
I have looked into the Enable product, and while it's very appealing from a maintenance standpoint in that it requires only one code base, it's a tad costly so my management is asking me to look for alternatives, I also contacted Assima about their Multilingual Suite. As it turns out they are even more costly, so I'm back to the drawing board with the clock ticking.
As for the DLLs, while it sounds like a more maintenance friendly method, I'm not sure that I have the expertise to employ it. For starters, I'm not familiar with the steps necessary to create the resource DLLs, and it appears that the referenced Languages PBL is no longer available on the SYS-CON site.
If money were no object, I think that I would be inclined to take Novalys up on their offer to sell their product to me, given the short time frame that I have to make this happen. As it stands, I need to do my best to find the best answer I can and I thank you for your input to that end.

Can we display PM Equipment Notifications in POD?

We are still in hold of the upgrade of crystal report in production and cloud even in development pcs
For us it is very hard to recompile again old dlls to our clients as this will make somany issues

, please ask the developers to revert the original code in next sp, many people are going to report the same issue as this was a complete convinent code we started early in. Net 1.1 and we never faced any issues related to that and suddenly!!!!

ARA analysis
Hello everyone,
Our company has Access Control 10.0 SP 11. We are configuring ARA (Access Risk Analysis) and already we have created a customized rule set. During our test phase we identified an error while executing User Analysis Reports as the results show users with "no violations" but we know they must show violations.
Reviewing the rule set, we observed that the trouble occurs when there are fields set with a value "*". We believe that ARA is looking for the value "*" as a character and not as an operator. So, our doubt is: Is this the way how ARA analysis is supposed to work? Or do you know if there is a related note to fix this issue?

Issues with calling webservice on Windows Server 2008?
Does anyone know of any known issues with trying to call webservices in PB 12.5 using the .NET WSDL engine on Windows Server 2008? I have verified the following: 1) .Net 4.0 is installed on the machine. 2) The correct .dlls are all referenced on the machine as expected and there are no duplicates of them that could be referenced instead. 3) The webservice call works on normal Windows 7 machines with .Net 4.0 under the same deployment method. 4) The user has permission to read/execute the .dlls.
The error I am getting is on the SoapConnection CreateInstance function. The error says "bad runtime function reference". I did see a previous post that said to check the libeay32.dll or ssleay32.dll files to make sure it's referencing the correct one and from what I can tell it is (I even put the correct version of those .dlls in the app directory of the application that runs the webservice and it gives the same error).
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Also, has anyone had success in calling a webservice from Windows Server 2008? If so then at least I know it is some config/setup issue on our server. Thanks.
