Rolling 12 weeks dynamic display as columns in a cross tab
Good day Folks,
I have an issue creating rolling 12 weeks displaying dynamically as columns in a cross tab.
I have 1 product dimension with values Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, Phone and a measure Sales.
I want to create a cross tab with product dimension in the rows and rolling 12 weeks starting from last week until previous 12 weeks as columns and corresponding sales in the data intersection. please see attached "rolling 12 weeks.png"
For us week is Monday to Sunday, so previous week would be Last Monday to this Sunday, for example today date is 20 December, so last week should be "Dec 09- Dec 15" followed by "Dec 02-Dec 08" then its previous week until 12 weeks back.
Since I don't have a central date dimension table with weeks, do I have to create past 12 weeks as 12 rows populating dynamically in a derived table in universe and use the column , drag drop in the column bar of the cross tab which breaks the sales to the corresponding product in the
corresponding week ? or any other alternative ? please let me know.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

to put the contents of the internal table into the text, and not use an attachment at all?
What are the contents of this internal table? Is it all text?

You local WS file has to use a tab (->) between each of the values of the row:
OLDKEY -> DTTYP -> Field 1 -> Field 2 -> etc.
The conversion code will split at tab to move the values into the requried fields and create the record for the output file.

Please find the below errors when RHINTECHECK report runs for the affected employees with this this issue.( Organization data updating with the old).

| 2. Incorrect position assignment of person 0000061 in the period 01.04.2013 - 31.12.9999 |
| 3. Profit center 1000/P3OXN1 does not exist for 01.04.2012 |
| 4. Cost center 1000/0000601 blocked against direct postings on 05.02.2010 |
5. The CO account assignment object belongs to company code CN83, not CN22 |
| 6. The CO assignment Object belongs to Company code DE00 Not DE01 |
| 7. Incorrect job for person 00000569 in period 29.06.2010 - 31.12.9999 |
| 8. Incorrect cost center in IT1 for person 00000204 in period 01.01.2014 - 31.12.9999 |
These errors must be be shown while updating/Running pa40 actions itself right. While updating employee org details using Chang in Employment action, its taking. But when RHINTE30 report runs it put back to old data. |
Not sure what exactly happening. Please suggest is there any solution for this. |

IDES is perfect for bending the things your ways. SCN is wonderful to see different scenarios and their mapping in SAP. You have both in your reach. Now coming to your phobia for interview, as you asked what can you do. Im sure you would like to switch to SAP MM consultancy, but for a stable career.
To overcome it, try with contractual job offers. You would not want to go for such profile but surely can take interview calls to get rid of the nervousness. You must have your profile in job portal websites, find and apply for such jobs without giving a second thought (those matching your profile).
Give 2-3 interview to see what the industry demands and what kind of questions they ask. Probably you wouldn't to able answer all questions but you'll at least get to know what to expect and where to practice.
You don't worry about failures but surely enhance yourself for big stage i.e permanent job profile this way. I have seen people trying out this method and succeed.

Re: Error when generating the selection screen "1000" of report
Hi Navheet,
I tried adding one by one parameter in the sixth block, after certion addition of parameters it shows the error.
Might be exceeding memory or secreen resolution.
For simplification we can have 6 blocks.
Each block containing 36 parameters.like -p_1 type char01.
You can see the error message.
And if ypu comment the sixth block alone the code will execute fine.

Item Category - Data Element and Domain - PSTYP (internal display )vs EPSTP (external display)
Hello,
Was hoping I could get some insight on the data elements of PSTYP and EPSTP... Let me explain what I'm trying to do...
I want to explain to a developer to append the "item category" data element on a custom table we have and allow it to have a drop down (domain) of the values of the Item category in purchasing document (external display). This is the same values in EKPO where you can select a U (stock transfer) L (subcontracting) etc... The reason for this is I want this value to be passed to the PO Create BAPI during a custom process we have which creates these POs.
When I check the data elements in hte system, PSTYP has a value table of T163, which has a drop down of the item category values... However, the values (PSTYP) are listed "internal" meaning Stock Tranfser is to a 7 value (check table EKPO - PSTYP for example) instead of the external display, which is = U. It looks like data element EPSTP is the element which is contains the external values I want, BUT I do not see a value table assigned to this data element.
Is there a standard element and domain of these external display values , or do I just need to have them create a new data element and domain for these values?

Task 31000007 is using the default rule 00000157 to find the agent for the approval. Change the rule and use the custom function module to find the approver from the custom table.
