In IW52 maintained part number and going for print output part number is printing, when user trying to send email version part number is not printing.
Here my question for email version we have to do any configuration setting in the IMG

As per your post already you have received some of qty. in this case just reverse the MIRO& MIGO accounting entires and change the material master as per correct info. then you can proceed by creating new PO with correct info.

I can able to create a purchase request for the material with quantiy equal to or more than 16. If I create a purchase request for the same material with quantity less than 16., Follow-on Document not getting created. I checked the transaction BBP_PD, it does not show other status like Shopping card ordered , approved, Items in Transfer Process and Follow-on Document created. Any Reason for this.?

We can only maintain the rate if we choose personal rate. For Statutory Rate and Company Rate is defaulted automatically and the field is grey-ed out.

The probability here is your are not logged in as table owner. You may need to work it our in a different method.
Find the owner using
select user_name(uid), name from sysobjects where name = "TABLE_NAME"
set quoted_identifier on
set user <tableowner>
drop index TABLE_NAME."INDEX_NAME"

If you have done lot of research and study about it then you can create examples on your own. Just take a company as an example and create whole organization structure in your system or on a piece of paper for your learning. Take Samsung or Sony as an example and create your own examples.
Real time experts are also working in same comapnies where they have same business units in every company with different names. Whole sale, retail, B2B sale and export etc are most commonly used distribution channels. Division varies from company to company and sales organization is name of that comapny. This structure is different for every company and you should be aware that there is no hard and fast rule for creating organization structure. What recommended is that always keep this simple.
